Evan, how can we know which updates to install and that won't hurt our PCs? You should be able to use that information to reactivate your software. Are you using Windows Vista 64-bit? Lissy I just bought a Dell Studio XPS and it was working fine until yesterday when it started blue-screening me every time it came back from hibernate or sleep.
