I do not know how frequent you programmed your restore points, but by default a restore point should be created after a major change to system is made.
I figured the .NET assembly was ngen-ed (precompiled), and that the ngen native image was potentially broken. hope this helps. I was going to do that earlier but the client did not have the reinstallation CD or website login information to reinstall it. I have over 43,000 'event's logged, but having seen the lack of results for the last 3 months,there's little hope of seeing any relating to the WLM 'error' spanning the 18 working offline" still no "outbox" appears.
In Computer Management, open up Event Viewer. Zero days of fruitcake. This email account may technically "no longer exist", for example, if you've updated the email account's settings within Live Mail. Start with the nearest date you recall WLM working as it should.
After the initial 26 self-installed, the problem you describe started. Over and over again, I had the same clients come back with infected MSE machines and then I have installed Norton IS 2011 or 2012 and the infections stopped. When is MICROSOFT going to provide a fix for this issue instead of putting it back on the consumers? Now it works perfectly.
