I had already tried running it as the administrator and received the same error message. I have downloaded Installer CleanUp and tried installing from desktop and also running program from web site. Please try the request again. this contact form It does come up as "VBcript succeeded" and I even verified that the file was in the Systems32 folder (just double checking).
