We have estabilished, that this account can be properly found and used on healthy machines. We did it by assigning inheritable Full Access rights to Everyone - with these rights, Windows Firewall service did start properly. Propagating the permissions to all child objects worked in a few cases. netsh winsock reset command gives a netsh.exe unable to locate componet error. Upon restart, the sound card was detected and the driver automatically reinstalled, and all sound issues were solved as well. Basically, this means the same as the 1066 exit code.
