For disfunctional UmiKeys sent back to our offices in US or China, you get new replacements for free. You only pay for the shipping. Lead time from order to delivery is: 2 to 4 weeks for repeat orders: For orders that require no new logos or new colors, or orders that accept the default UmiKey logos and any colors. 4 to 8 weeks for orders that require a new custom logo, a custom color or other customization options. Payment terms: 50% down pay, the remaining + shipping fee upon delivery. Credit terms will extend for repeat customers. The price list is subject to minor adjustments by UmiKey Inc. any time.
